Business Developer

Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Developer with a strong background in Upwork and other freelance platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client communications, and driving revenue growth through effective proposal writing and project acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms.
• Write compelling, customized proposals to attract and convert clients.
• Communicate effectively with international clients to understand project requirements.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with the technical and design teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Analyze project trends and suggest strategies for improving win rates.
• Maintain and update records of all bids, leads, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience as a Business Developer or Bidding Specialist on Upwork.
• Strong understanding of IT services, software development, or digital solutions.
• Excellent English communication and proposal writing skills.
• Ability to identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems (preferred).
