Business Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, and other channels
  • Reach out to potential clients via cold calling, emails, and social platforms
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and close deals
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Identify market trends and suggest strategies for business growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 6 months – 2 years of experience in business development or sales (fresh candidates with strong communication skills can also apply)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn) is a plus
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure
