Business Developer Executive

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and drive revenue growth for our software services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in online bidding platforms, and a good understanding of software solutions such as ERP, web, and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through:
  • Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Cold emailing and outreach campaigns
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Communicate with international clients (especially US/UK markets)
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Maintain CRM records of leads, clients, and sales activities
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development (fresh candidates with strong skills can also apply)
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Upwork / Fiverr bidding
  • LinkedIn lead generation
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
