Business Developer Manager

We’re looking for a driven and ambitious International Business Developer to join our growing team in Ludhiana. If you have the hustle to close deals, the passion to connect with E-commerce brands across the US, UK, AU & CA, and the skills to drive real growth – this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, prospect, and close E-commerce brand clients in international markets (US, UK, AU & CA).
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle in the beginning (outreach → pitching → closing deals).
  • After the first month, the major focus will shift to appointment-based pitching & deal closing as inbound leads come from ads.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to research and connect with decision-makers.
  • Maintain pipelines, track progress, and manage deals effectively in Pipedrive (or other lead management software).
  • Work closely with the leadership team to refine strategies, pitches, and expansion plans.
  • Represent the company with confident, fluent English communication across calls, emails, and presentations.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of international business development / sales experience (preferably in E-commerce, Marketing, or SaaS).
  • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM/lead management tools.
  • A proven track record of closing international clients.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills (fluent English is a must).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Location: On-site at our Ludhiana office (SCF-12, 13, 14, First Floor, E Block Main Market, SBS Nagar, Ludhiana, Punjab – 141012)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
