Role Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a passion for marketing, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital marketing space.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable digital marketing services and strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Performance, Social Media, etc.) to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, potential clients, and partnership opportunities.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and track all client interactions.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Performance Marketing, etc.) is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
