Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and supporting the firm's growth strategy in the legal services market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the firm’s client base.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.
  • Coordinate with partners and legal teams to prepare proposals and pitches.
  • Represent the firm at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and client communications.
  • Support the firm in tender submissions and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in legal or professional services.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience dealing with corporate clients and government entities is a plus.
  • Excellent command of English; Arabic.
