Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth in the logistics and transportation sector.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients

* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients

* Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs

* Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients

* Negotiate contracts and close deals

* Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure service quality

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

* 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

* Good understanding of logistics, transportation, or outsourcing services is a plus
