Business Development Assistant

We are seeking a confident and motivated Business Development Representative with engineering or technical background, strong communication skills, and the ability to professionally represent the organization in international forums and client engagements.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field (Required)

Experience:

• Minimum 2 Years Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in tender submissions and proposal discussions
• Coordinate with clients and support relationship management
• Assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and proposal preparation
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Support senior management in meetings and client communications

Required Skills:

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Understanding of IT, software services, or technical projects
• Confidence in representing the company in international forums

Salary: Starting From PKR 100,000
