Business Development Associate

Key responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
2. Identify sales opportunities and upsell relevant solutions to clients.
3. Understand client business goals and recommend appropriate market research solutions.
4. Manage end-to-end communication with clients for ongoing projects.
5. Support the team with proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
6. Maintain basic records using email, Excel, and presentation tools.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Other requirements

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Sales, upselling, and negotiation abilities.

3. Client relationship management skills.

4. Understanding of the market research project cycle and processes (preferred).

5. Basic knowledge of Email, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
