Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location : Gurugram, Haryana
Shift Timings : 10 am till 7 pm
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining current relationships, and successfully closing property deals.
- Identify and develop relationships with potential clients seeking real estate opportunities.
- Market properties effectively through various channels to attract interested buyers.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitive offerings.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and other teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
- Conduct property viewings and provide thorough information to prospective buyers.Negotiate property sales and contracts to achieve favorable terms for clients.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to conduct property market analysis.
- Experience in handling client visits and virtual both.
