Business Development Associate

This is an On-Site Role – Lahore Residents Only

Are you a BSCS, BSIT, or Software Engineering graduate with 6 months – 1 year of experience in business development or related fields? We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our Business Development team and grow their career in the world of software sales and client engagement.

What you'll do:

• Understand software products & services to effectively communicate value to potential clients
• Identify and qualify leads through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Draft and refine proposals, bids, and client communications
• Conduct market research and assist in developing growth strategies
• Collaborate with the team to nurture client relationships and close deals

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s in CS, IT, or Software Engineering
• 6 months – 1 year of relevant experience (Business Development or Client Coordination in IT/software domain preferred)
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Familiarity with Upwork, LinkedIn, or freelance platforms
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn the dynamics of sales and client management
• Must be currently residing in Lahore and able to work on-site
