The role of a Business Development Associate is to assist the organization sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition. He/she should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity. Theprimary roleand responsibilitiesofaBusiness Development Associate include: Build contactswith potential clients to create new business opportunities. Acquire new clients by selling our products. Keepprospective client database updated. Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Makecoldcalls for new business leads. Arrange meetings for senior management with prospectiveclients. Learn about the product and services of the company. Achieve the quarterly, monthly, and annual sales targets. Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Negotiate with clients and give them the best deals. Follow companyguidelines and procedures for acquisition Required Skillsand Experience: · Must possessstrongcustomer service skills. · Excellent writtenand verbalcommunication. · Must havegoodnegotiationskills. · Must beableto creategoodpresentations. · Must haveexcellent inter personalskills. · Must be detailoriented andanactive listener. . Ability to develop good relationships with current and potentialclients
