Business Development Associate

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Engage with potential students, parents, and institutions to promote courses and programs.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through lead generation and conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies.
• Represent the company at events, webinars, and workshops to expand brand presence.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline, and CRM updates.

Pay: ₹20,620.76 - ₹35,879.63 per month
