Key Responsibilities
- Search, identify, and track relevant government and private tenders related to company products.
- Study tender documents thoroughly and prepare required technical and financial documentation.
- Coordinate with management, accounts, and technical teams for accurate data submission.
- Ensure timely submission of online and offline tenders.
- Maintain proper records of all tender-related documents and correspondence.
- Communicate with clients, consultants, and government departments regarding tender queries and clarifications.
- Prepare follow-up reports on tender status and results.
- Assist in vendor registrations, empanelment, and e-procurement portals.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and contractual requirements during tender submission.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business Administration/Engineering or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in tendering, preferably in construction materials or infrastructure projects.
- Good understanding of government e-tender portals and procurement processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online tender portals.
- Ability to handle deadlines and work independently.
