Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Search, identify, and track relevant government and private tenders related to company products.
  • Study tender documents thoroughly and prepare required technical and financial documentation.
  • Coordinate with management, accounts, and technical teams for accurate data submission.
  • Ensure timely submission of online and offline tenders.
  • Maintain proper records of all tender-related documents and correspondence.
  • Communicate with clients, consultants, and government departments regarding tender queries and clarifications.
  • Prepare follow-up reports on tender status and results.
  • Assist in vendor registrations, empanelment, and e-procurement portals.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and contractual requirements during tender submission.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business Administration/Engineering or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in tendering, preferably in construction materials or infrastructure projects.
  • Good understanding of government e-tender portals and procurement processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online tender portals.
  • Ability to handle deadlines and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
