Job Description:

Role Overview: The Business Development Associate will be responsible for assisting in identifying, pursuing, and securing new clients for our digital agency. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to kick-start their career in business development and sales within the digital marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients and markets.
• Support in reaching out to prospects through calls, emails, and social media.
• Assist in creating presentations and proposals for potential clients.
• Shadow senior team members in client meetings and learn the pitching process.
• Maintain and update client databases in CRM software.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support business development efforts.
• Contribute to achieving team sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 year of experience.
• Strong interest in sales, business development, or client servicing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus.
• Highly motivated and eager to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,798.92 - ₹67,287.11 per month
