Position Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities. This role requires building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding market trends, and partnering with internal teams to deliver proposals and solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with a proven track record in sales or client development within construction, real estate, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand Stealth Renovations’ market presence.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with multifamily property owners, operators, and asset managers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, site visits, and participation in industry events.
  • Collaborate with estimating and project management teams to prepare proposals, bids, and presentations.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and opportunities, providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent Stealth Renovations at networking events, trade shows, and conferences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations (construction or real estate industry experience strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel regionally as required.
