Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and growth-driven Business Development Associate to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and contributing to business growth across freelancing platforms, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize company profiles on freelancing platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Draft professional proposals, project bids, and client communications.
• Research and identify new business opportunities, clients, and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align project requirements and deliverables.
• Maintain CRM records and track client interactions, leads, and conversions.
• Assist in building long-term client relationships through effective follow-ups and communication.
• Contribute creative ideas for business outreach, digital campaigns, and strategic growth.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Upwork, and LinkedIn-based client acquisition.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for business growth.

Bonus Points:

• Previous internship or experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation software, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Proposal Writing.
• Understanding of IT services and digital project cycles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
