Business Development Associate

We are seeking a strategically sharp and highly proactive Business Development Associate who can maximize Upwork lead generation opportunities. Your primary mission: generate high-quality leads daily by identifying the right projects, crafting compelling proposals, and driving a consistent flow of potential clients for our technology services business.

If you are commercially astute, resourceful, and have a problem-solving mindset that thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments, this role is for you.


What You'll Do:

  • Actively search and bid on relevant Upwork projects daily (Web, Mobile, and Custom Software Development).
  • Identify and qualify high-potential opportunities aligned with our service offerings.
  • Craft tailored, impactful proposals to increase client engagement and response rates.
  • Collaborate with the technical team on proposal strategy, scoping, and pricing.
  • Maintain a structured tracker of all bids, responses, and outcomes.
  • Continuously analyze bidding performance and optimize strategies for higher conversions.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve positioning and messaging.


What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience generating leads or securing projects on Upwork (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of software development services (Web, Mobile, Shopify, WordPress, or Custom Solutions).
  • Exceptional written communication and proposal-writing skills.
  • Commercially astute, resourceful, and proactive able to identify and seize opportunities independently.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical ability to evaluate client needs quickly.
  • Self-driven with a consistent track record of achieving lead-generation goals.
