Timings: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Mon–Fri)
Salary: Rs. 60,000 – Rs. 100,000

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate. This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their career who is eager to learn sales, client communication, and business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads through online platforms and outreach
• Initiate contact with potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Assist senior team members in client meetings and proposals
• Maintain and update lead data and CRM systems
• Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets

Requirements:

• 6 months – 1 year of experience in business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales processes or lead generation
• Confidence in speaking with clients
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
