Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Calling Agent (Female/Male) based in Lahore. The Calling Agent will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to potential clients, introducing IT services, and generating leads for the sales team.

The role includes handling client inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining call records, and ensuring professional communication with international clients. The candidate will also be responsible for achieving daily and weekly calling targets and executing assigned goals effectively , contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Evening Shift)

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in Cold Calling / Call Center
• Good command of English (spoken and listening)
• Experience with US-based campaigns is preferred
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of IT services is a plus
• Confident, punctual, and target-oriented personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site team environment
