About the Role

As Business Development & Community Manager – Egypt, you’ll lead nsave’s growth efforts on the ground, building predictable and scalable user acquisition channels through B2B partnerships and community engagement.

This is a high-impact growth role. You’ll establish partnerships with payroll platforms, freelancer marketplaces, and remote work communities to drive recurring user acquisition while building a strong local presence for nsave. You’ll collaborate closely with the Growth and Operations teams, country leads, potential B2B partners, and the product team to ensure we scale monthly active users ahead of major product launches.

Who You Are

  • Strategic and proactive: You identify opportunities, open doors, and move conversations toward partnership.
  • Relationship-driven: Comfortable engaging payroll platforms, freelancer communities, and ecosystem leaders across Egypt
  • Commercially minded: You understand how partnerships translate into measurable user acquisition and revenue impact.
  • Community-oriented: You know how to build trust, create engagement initiatives, and generate organic referrals.
  • Data-aware: You track activation metrics, channel attribution, and partnership performance with discipline.
  • Fintech-curious: You have a basic understanding of digital banking, payments, and foreign exchange products.
  • Mission-aligned: You care about serving people in financially unstable environments and enabling access to USD and investment tools.

How You’ll Make a Difference

  • Build and manage a B2B partnership pipeline:Identify and outreach to payroll platforms, freelancer marketplaces, remote work communities, and untapped Egyptian networks.
  • Close strategic partnerships:Manage the full lifecycle from prospecting and negotiation to onboarding and performance tracking.
  • Drive monthly user activations:Establish predictable acquisition channels that reduce CAC and scale Egyptian monthly active users.
  • Develop a community framework:Build engagement systems (webinars, AMAs, educational content, ambassador programs) that generate consistent organic referrals.
  • Track performance and optimise:Report on partnership outcomes, activation rates, and channel attribution to refine strategy.
  • Surface market insights:Conduct market research, identify user pain points, and collaborate with the product team on Egypt-specific feature requirements.
  • Support launches and campaigns:Work closely with growth and product teams to execute campaigns around new features, yield products, and promotional offers.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or community management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfort operating independently in a fast-scaling environment.
  • Understanding of Egypt’s freelancer ecosystem and payroll landscape is a strong plus.
  • No specific certifications required (relevant BD or sales certifications are desirable but not mandatory).
