Business Development Director

Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Director to lead growth initiatives, expand market presence, and build strong partnerships. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and developing long-term strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive growth initiatives
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Manage and mentor the business development team
  • Prepare forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior leadership
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Drive strategic partnerships and alliances

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • 8–12+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
  • 3–5+ years of leadership or director-level experience
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing high-value deals
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical abilities
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Pay: RO4,900.000 per month
