Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Director to lead growth initiatives, expand market presence, and build strong partnerships. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and developing long-term strategic relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive growth initiatives
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Manage and mentor the business development team
- Prepare forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior leadership
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Drive strategic partnerships and alliances
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 8–12+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
- 3–5+ years of leadership or director-level experience
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing high-value deals
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical abilities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Pay: RO4,900.000 per month
