We are seeking a proactive and confident Business Development Executive to drive our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will identify and qualify leads, engage with potential clients, and support the overall sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and relationship management.

This role requires someone who is self-motivated, growth-oriented, and comfortable communicating with international clients and stakeholders.

  • Business Development & Outreach
  • Research, identify, and qualify potential leads via LinkedIn, cold outreach, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct outreach, schedule meetings, and manage follow-ups with prospects.
  • Support business development initiatives and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Track outreach progress and provide timely reporting on BD activities.
  • LinkedIn Account & Content Management
  • Manage professional LinkedIn accounts, planning, scheduling content, and maintaining consistent activity.
  • Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Work on increasing profile reach, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on content planning and optimization.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and assist in improving content performance and visibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or LinkedIn-based outreach.
  • Strong communication (both written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn as a business development tool.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute tasks with ownership and accountability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
