We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive – Web & Design Services

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team, focusing on the web and design domain. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify, pursue, and close opportunities with both new and existing clients.

This role requires a passion for sales, relationship-building, and a deep understanding of web and design solutions to drive consistent business growth.

Shift: Night (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
Target: $5K – $7K
Salary: PKR 90K – 150K
Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the web and design domain.
• Client Acquisition & Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly sales targets of $5K–$7K.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to position our services effectively.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and close deals that create win-win outcomes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal design and development teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Education: O/A Levels background preferred
• Experience: Prior experience in business development or sales, especially in web and design services, is a plus
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions
• Skilled in negotiation and deal closure
• Familiarity with web design and development concepts
• Target-driven with a proven record of achieving or exceeding sales goals

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
