Business Development Executive

Lahore, Pakistan

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive who can leverage freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, and others to acquire and manage projects for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, bid, and secure projects on freelance platforms including Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, and similar marketplaces.
  • Develop winning proposals tailored to client needs while ensuring competitive pricing.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service.
  • Track project progress, milestones, and client feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Research and identify new market opportunities and emerging trends in the freelance marketplace.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in winning and managing projects on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and others.
  • Excellent proposal writing and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of freelance marketplace algorithms, client engagement, and bidding tactics.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in IT, software development, or digital marketing domains.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools to track leads and proposals.
  • Ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
