Business Development Executive

Job Type: Full Time - Onsite
Location: PCSIR Staff Society - College Road, Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, and other freelancing platforms.
  • Write compelling proposals and bids to secure projects on Upwork.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities in target markets.
  • Support the senior business development team in managing client accounts.
  • Track, report, and analyze sales activities and pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to deliver client requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of proven experience in Upwork bidding and LinkedIn lead generation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales pipelines and CRM tools.
  • Ability to craft personalized proposals and pitches.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
