Job Description:

Location: Faisal Town, Lahore.

Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in B2B Sales

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in B2B sales. The ideal candidate should have expertise in lead generation through LinkedIn, email marketing campaigns, and client relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing prospects, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-quality B2B leads primarily through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach, and networking.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and nurture leads.
  • Research, identify, and connect with decision-makers in target industries.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings/demos with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead-generation strategies.
  • Track, analyze, and report lead generation performance and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales/business development.
  • Hands-on experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, InMail, groups, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing tools and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot)

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • B2B Sales in Tech Industry (International Market): 1 year (Required)
