About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through field sales and on-ground client interaction.

This is a field-based role that requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
  • Meet prospective clients; understand their business requirements, and present suitable services.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions through CRM tools or reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback from the field to improve products, marketing strategies, and services.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (field sales experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
