Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, visiting client locations, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the veterinary segment (clinics, hospitals, breeders, farms, NGOs, etc.).
- Conduct regular visits to potential and existing clients to promote diagnostic services and offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinarians and animal healthcare professionals.
- Present lab capabilities, explain diagnostic processes, and highlight the benefits of our services to prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (labs, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, or conferences to network and promote brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress using CRM tools or reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Visit Clinics and hospitals for new business opportunity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales preferably.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to convince clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
- Experience 1 - 2 Years.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
