Business Development Executive

We are a leading IT & advertising agency specializing in delivering end‑to‑end digital solutions including web/mobile app development, digital marketing (SEO, PPC, SMM), cloud solutions, software/SaaS products, and creative advertising. Our clients are across multiple sectors including retail, telecom, education, and corporate.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Business Development Executive who has strong experience in the UAE market in IT / digital marketing / advertising. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, pitching services, closing sales, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and follow up on new business opportunities in IT, advertising, and digital marketing.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, email outreach, networking, and partner referrals.
  • Present and pitch company services (IT solutions, digital marketing campaigns, SaaS, etc.) to potential clients, both technical and non‑technical.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Close deals and ensure smooth handover to delivery/operations teams.
  • Maintain and manage sales pipeline and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Meet / exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, technical teams to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered.
  • After‑sales follow‑up: client satisfaction, renewals, upselling or cross‑selling when possible.

Requirements (Qualifications & Skills)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field. A Master’s (MBA) is a plus.
  • Minimum 2‑4 years of experience in business development / sales in IT / digital marketing / advertising in the UAE / GCC. Experience with selling digital services (SEO, PPC, Social media, web/app development) or cloud / SaaS is highly preferred.
  • Proven track‑record of achieving / exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Able to explain technical offerings in business terms.
  • Strong sales skills: lead generation, lead qualification, conversion.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing channels & tools,AI RELATED (e.g. SEO, Google Ads, Facebook / Instagram Ads, Email Marketing, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales forecasting, reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, prioritize tasks.
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
