• Job Type: Onsite only (remote work not available)

• Location: Chaklala Scheme 3, Rawalpindi, Pakistan
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Pay Structure: PKR 12,000 – 25,000 base + 5% bonus per approved project/sale
• Experience Required: At least 6 months

Role: Bidding Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Bidding Specialist to join our team. The role involves identifying and securing projects on leading freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn. This position is ideal for candidates who have some prior bidding or business development experience and are eager to advance their career in the online freelancing space.

Responsibilities

• Search and shortlist relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and Fiverr
• Craft and submit tailored, persuasive proposals to potential clients
• Negotiate project details, pricing, and timelines when required
• Maintain professional and consistent communication with clients
• Keep track of proposals, follow up, and update bid statuses regularly
• Collaborate with team members to better understand client needs and project goals
• Suggest improvements to strengthen bidding strategies and proposal success rates

Requirements

• At least 6 months of proven experience in online bidding or freelance business development
• Excellent written communication skills for drafting clear and engaging proposals
• Strong attention to detail to ensure proposals align with client requirements
• A proactive, sales-focused mindset to identify and close opportunities
• Ability to manage multiple bids and tasks efficiently
• Basic understanding of bidding strategies and client research
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace for handling documents, sheets, and presentations
