Business Development Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Sales Executive to become part of our growing team. The role involves driving new business growth, developing and maintaining client partnerships, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a genuine enthusiasm for sales, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new client acquisition through proactive calling, strategic networking, email outreach, and targeted lead generation initiatives within the education, training, and certification sector.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass enrollment and revenue growth targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline by generating leads, executing follow-ups, and nurturing prospects through personalized engagement.
  • Develop and deliver tailored proposals, impactful presentations, and customized solutions aligned with client needs and company offerings.
  • Conduct consultative service demonstrations of our diverse certification portfolio to prospective clients, including corporates, institutions, and individual learners.
  • Lead solo client meetings and high-stakes negotiations, articulating clear value propositions to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Close deals effectively to maximize enrollment, revenue, and client satisfaction while ensuring profitability.
  • Maintain deep product expertise across the company’s certification portfolio and clearly communicate competitive advantages to clients.
  • Cultivate and sustain strategic, long-term relationships with students, corporate clients, and institutional partners.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance analytics, and pipeline reports to management for data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends, evolving certification demands, and competitor strategies to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company as a brand ambassador at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand market presence and drive demand generation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in TIC Industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques such as consultative selling or solution selling.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
