Business Development Executive

Lahore, Pakistan

Job Description:

  • Conduct and manage both inbound and outbound communication (including but not limited to calls, emails, and virtual/ in-person meetings etc.) with prospective clients or stakeholders.
  • To oversee the complete lead management process, including identification, qualification, nurturing, and conversion, ensuring alignment with company protocols and compliance standards.
  • To establish and maintain professional relationships with prospects through consistent and documented engagement activities.
  • To coordinate with cross-functional departments (including Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to facilitate seamless information flow and ensure the effective progression of leads through the sales pipeline.
  • To maintain accurate and timely data entries within the organization’s CRM platform, ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
  • To generate, analyze, and present periodic reports on lead performance, conversion rates, and related key performance indicators (KPIs) as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore Johar Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
