Job Description:
- Conduct and manage both inbound and outbound communication (including but not limited to calls, emails, and virtual/ in-person meetings etc.) with prospective clients or stakeholders.
- To oversee the complete lead management process, including identification, qualification, nurturing, and conversion, ensuring alignment with company protocols and compliance standards.
- To establish and maintain professional relationships with prospects through consistent and documented engagement activities.
- To coordinate with cross-functional departments (including Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to facilitate seamless information flow and ensure the effective progression of leads through the sales pipeline.
- To maintain accurate and timely data entries within the organization’s CRM platform, ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
- To generate, analyze, and present periodic reports on lead performance, conversion rates, and related key performance indicators (KPIs) as required by management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
