Business Development Executive

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive new business opportunities, grow the sales pipeline, and support the end-to-end bid lifecycle for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) services in the UAE. This role requires strong market knowledge, networking skills, and a strategic sales approach to build long-term client relationships and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities through developers, facility management companies, consultants, and contractors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, preparing technical/commercial proposals, and converting leads to contracts.
  • Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and tender inquiries in coordination with the pre-sales/estimations team.
  • Build and nurture client relationships through regular engagement and effective communication.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of qualified leads and client meetings per month
  • Proposal-to-win conversion rate
  • Quarterly growth in active sales pipeline and order book

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering, Business, or related field)
  • 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in the MEP or construction sector (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-versed in UAE market dynamics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
