Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base, build strategic partnerships, and enhance brand presence. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, with proven experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare or wellness sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and referral networks.
  • Promote HPAHC services through effective presentations, events, and networking.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Achieve sales and business targets as per company goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or hospitality.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Excellent communication in English (Arabic or Hindi is an advantage).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • UAE driving license needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
