Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive – Field Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through on-ground sales activities. You will serve as the face of the company in your assigned territory, representing our products/services and delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

● Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

● Visit potential clients to present company products/services and close sales.

● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

● Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

● Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools or reporting formats.

● Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

● Proven experience in field sales, business development, or a related role.

● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

● Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

● Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

● Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools is a plus.

● A valid driver’s license and a bike.
