Business Development Executive

Role Purpose

To drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, especially through contractor and consultant networks, and converting qualified leads into projects. The role requires a proactive and client-focused approach in a fast-paced, high-value design and fit-out environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify potential clients through contractor channels, referrals, networking events, exhibitions, and social platforms.

· Qualify leads and arrange client meetings to understand their interior design or fit- out requirements.

· Pitch company services, present portfolios, and build trust with residential and retail customers.

· Prepare and follow up on proposals, and agreements.

· Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure smooth pre-sales to post-sales transitions.

· Maintain a sales pipeline and exceed monthly sales targets.

· Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, pricing, and competition.

· Represent the company professionally in meetings and site visits.

· Maintain CRM records and weekly reporting of leads, client follow-ups, and conversions.

· Support marketing activities by sharing customer feedback and contributing to campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.

· 2–4 years of UAE experience in interior design, fit-out, or construction sales (preferred).

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Results-driven, with the ability to work independently.

· Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.

· UAE driving license is a must.
