Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to prospect and qualify potential leads.
  • Use digital platforms such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, and social media to identify and engage with clients.
  • Perform outreach to expand business opportunities and build new client relationships.
  • Research and analyze market trends to identify business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and sales growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to schedule appointments or product demonstrations.
  • Assist in creating and refining sales presentations and pitch materials.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fresh to 6 months of experience in B2B sales or lead generation (software/technology sector preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and eagerness to learn.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities in a dynamic business environment.
