Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to prospect and qualify potential leads.
- Use digital platforms such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, and social media to identify and engage with clients.
- Perform outreach to expand business opportunities and build new client relationships.
- Research and analyze market trends to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and sales growth.
- Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to schedule appointments or product demonstrations.
- Assist in creating and refining sales presentations and pitch materials.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh to 6 months of experience in B2B sales or lead generation (software/technology sector preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and eagerness to learn.
- Adaptability to changing priorities in a dynamic business environment.
