We are a leading Digital Marketing company offering end-to-end solutions including Website Development, SEO, SMM, SMO, Google Ads, Content Marketing, and Branding Services. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) who can drive sales, acquire new clients, and build a strong sales team to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Digital Marketing Services (Website Development, SEO, SMO, SMM, Google Ads, etc.).
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations to convert potential leads into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Generate leads through various channels including networking, references, field sales, and digital platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations team to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Recruit, train, and manage a sales team to achieve overall business targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing/IT or equivalent (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales in Digital Marketing, IT, or Advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing services (SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Web Development, Branding, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate own leads and close deals independently.
- Strong leadership qualities with experience in building and managing a sales team.
- Willingness to travel for field meetings and client acquisition.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
