Job Title: Business Development Executive – Marine Supplies & Services

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Development Executive to expand our market presence, build lasting customer relationships, and drive growth in the marine sector. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, proven sales expertise, and the ability to identify and capture new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to increase sales of anchors, anchor chains, wire ropes, and marine services
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international marine markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, ship management companies, offshore operators, and marine contractors
• Lead negotiations, prepare contracts, and close high-value deals
• Coordinate with the internal sales & operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of proven experience in business development/sales within marine supplies & services
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Established network within the marine/offshore industry
• Ability to work independently with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong knowledge of marine products: anchors, chains, wire ropes, and related services
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP tools
