Business Development Executive

Phanteon Construction is seeking a Sales Executive with strong connections and experience in fit-out, joinery, and interior projects.

About the Role We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the fit-out and interior design industry. The ideal candidate will have strong client-networking skills, a solid understanding of UAE market trends, and the ability to generate new business opportunities while maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in fit-out, joinery, and interior projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market developments, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Coordinate with the project and design teams to ensure client requirements are fully met.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ sales experience in the fit-out/interior industry in the UAE.
  • Strong network of clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • fit-out/interior industry : 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving license (Preferred)
