Business Development Executive

Ethisol is a digital marketing firm that helps brands grow through creative storytelling, design innovation, and data-driven strategy. We’re seeking a Business Development Executive with strong skills in lead generation and data scraping to help expand our client base and support our marketing and sales teams.

Responsibilities:

• Perform lead generation through online research, databases, and professional networks.
• Use data scraping tools and techniques to collect accurate contact and company information.
• Maintain and update lead databases in spreadsheets or CRM tools.
• Identify potential clients for digital marketing and software services.
• Assist in outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Support the sales and marketing teams with data-driven insights and reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in lead generation, data mining, or web scraping (1+ year preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Basic understanding of B2B marketing and sales funnels.
• Good communication and research skills.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Crunchbase, or Hunter.io.
• Knowledge of Python scripts or automation tools for scraping (bonus).
• Experience in the digital marketing industry.
