What you’ll do: - Book meetings and open doors with new and prospective clients - Present our services and story with confidence and clarity - Build and manage strong client relationships, making sure they’re always well looked after - Find ways to up sell and cross sell, bringing extra value to our existing clients - Work closely with our recruitment consultants to deliver tailored solutions - Keep track of your pipeline and results with our internal systems What you’ll bring: - Experience in business development, sales, or client management (ideally in recruitment or professional services) - Great communication and presentation skills—you’re comfortable talking to senior decision-makers - A consultative, client-focused approach - Self-motivation, resilience, and a drive to achieve results - Enjoy working both independently and as part of a small, close-knit team What we offer: - Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission - The chance to work with a respected, agile firm where your voice is heard - Direct access to leadership, ongoing support, and professional development - A collaborative, honest, and supportive culture
Requirements
- Has 2–5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client management (preferably in recruitment, professional services, or B2B sectors) - Confident presenting to and engaging with senior decision-makers and C-level executives - Strong communicator—able to build rapport quickly, listen actively, and tailor messaging to different audiences - Naturally consultative and solutions-focused, with a genuine interest in understanding client needs - Track record of booking meetings, opening new accounts, and growing existing client relationships - Comfortable identifying up sell and cross sell opportunities, and not afraid to ask for business - Organised, able to manage a pipeline and keep on top of follow-ups and reporting - Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient—keeps going even when things get tough - Enjoys working independently but values being part of a small, collaborative team - Based in Dubai or willing to relocate; understands the UAE and Middle East business culture - Tech-savvy and open to learning new tools and systems Bonus if the candidate: - Has experience working in a boutique or high-touch agency environment - Brings a network or knowledge of key industries like tech, logistics, government, or multinationals in the region - Has a track record of exceeding targets or delivering on ambitious goals
