We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team and drive growth by engaging with prospective students and ensuring an excellent academy experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Engagement & Conversion:
• Call and follow up with academy leads (inquiries, referrals, walk-ins, online registrations).
• Explain course offerings, benefits, and academy value to potential students.
• Schedule and generate consultations/appointments for prospective students to visit the academy.
• Consultation & Coordination:
• Welcome students during visits and assist them in understanding the training programs.
• Ensure smooth consultation process and support faculty/team in addressing student queries.
• Student Onboarding & Class Support:
• Guide enrolled students through registration and orientation.
• Maintain communication with students regarding class schedules, attendance, and requirements.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure student satisfaction throughout their course journey.
• Reporting & Follow-up:
• Maintain accurate records of calls, consultations, and enrolments in CRM/lead management systems.
• Achieve monthly targets for consultations and conversions.
• Share feedback and insights on lead quality, marketing campaigns, and student needs with management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management (education sector experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Positive, proactive, and target-driven mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
