Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused business Relationship to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with corporate clients, offering tailored solutions in VAT, Tax, Audit, Payroll, and ESG services.
What You’ll Do:Build and manage long-term relationships with corporate clients across diverse industriesUnderstand client needs and recommend tailored solutions in VAT, Tax, Payroll, Audit, and ESG servicesAct as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service deliveryCollaborate with subject matter experts to offer strategic insights and value-added servicesMaintain a high level of client satisfaction, resolve issues proactively, and identify upsell opportunitiesSupport business growth by nurturing existing relationships and developing new ones through referrals and networks
What We’re Looking For:2–5 years of proven experience in B2B relationship management or consultative sales, preferably in professional or consulting servicesStrong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple client accounts with a solution-driven approachSelf-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in maintaining client relationshipsPrior experience or understanding of VAT, Tax, Payroll, Audit, or ESG services is a strong advantage
