Business Development Executive

We at Indolj, are a direct quick-commerce enablement and engagement platform for restaurants and eateries. We are looking for a Business Development Manager having experience in onboarding Restaurants and related brands.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for onboarding various restaurants/eateries at different locations in the city

• Understand merchant needs and requirements

• Responsible to make sure that the team meets and exceeds sales targets & performance-based goals while working independently on daily basis.

• Determine weekly and monthly KPI's for the team and ensure they are being met

• Track all sales activities.

• Visiting the field on daily basis to make all targeted restaurants are being onboarded properly

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Masters will be preferred.

• 2 years of experience

• Prior Sales experience in an POS/Software/Tech company/Restaurant Industry is a huge plus.

• Must be willing to work on the Field.

• Must be willing to travel

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Rs85,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
