About The Role
]As a Business Development Executive, you will drive pharmacy acquisition, build strong relationships, and present tailored proposals. You will track sales performance, optimize conversion rates, and provide data-driven insights. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop strategic proposals, ensure smooth onboarding, and contribute to business growth.
Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential pharmacy prospects to expand Chefaa's network.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with pharmacy owners, key decision-makers, and internal stakeholders to drive loyalty and growth.

Develop and present compelling proposals to pharmacy decision-makers, effectively showcasing the value of Chefaa's services.

Negotiate contract terms in collaboration with the legal team to secure beneficial agreements.

Ensure contract execution aligns with agreed terms and proactively address any operational challenges.

Track and report on proposal progress, ensuring timely documentation and updates to management.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed business targets.

Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring continuous lead generation and conversion optimization.

Work with the Business Manager to develop mutually beneficial proposals based on market research and competitive analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives and initiatives.

Monitor pharmacy performance and retention, analyzing data to improve engagement and revenue.

Create and submit monthly reports detailing pharmacy performance, retention rates, and key sales metrics.

Work closely with the business development team to develop strategies that maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Conduct ongoing research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Gather and analyze pharmacy and competitor data to identify potential growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

1-3 years in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Ability to structure, negotiate, and manage pharmacy contracts, ensuring compliance and mutual benefit.

Proficiency in analyzing key sales metrics, customer data, and market trends to drive decision-making.

Ability to develop and execute business development plans aligned with company goals.
