Job Title: Business Development Associate
About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team in Riyadh. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for discovering new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and driving long-term revenue growth. Candidates must be open to relocating to Riyadh, with flexibility for relocation across GCC countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company’s client base.
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to spot growth opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets; provide regular performance reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development, ideally within the financial services sector.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of the Middle East market is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or Hindi is a strong asset.
  • Willing and able to relocate to GCC countries as required.
