  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and strategic in relationship management.

  • Knowledge of the UAE s legal and financial landscape, particularly related to company formation, is a strong advantage.

  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive with expertise in engaging High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs). This role is focused on achieving KPIs and sales targets by building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and securing high-value contacts interested in company formation services in the UAE. The position plays a key role in driving business growth and expanding market presence among elite clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage HNWI/UHNWI clients for company formation services.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets through qualified lead generation and conversions.

  • Identify, pursue, and nurture new business opportunities with high-net-worth clients and their representatives.

  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to adapt strategies effectively.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes for transparent sales tracking.
