Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand Bizora’s client portfolio across the U.S./Pakistan/India/Bngladesh. The ideal candidate will identify prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term clients for our tax and accounting services.

This position is perfect for someone who thrives on networking, understands small-business needs, and can communicate value with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and approach new business prospects through cold calls, LinkedIn, Freelancing platforms, outreach, and email campaigns.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Pitch Bizora’s services to entrepreneurs, startups, and small business owners.
  • Develop partnerships with real estate agents, attorneys, and financial professionals for lead referrals.
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and networking forums to promote Bizora.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design lead-generation campaigns.
  • Maintain monthly performance reports and revenue projections.
  • Meet and exceed assigned growth targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in accounting, tax, or consulting).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
  • A self-starter mindset and results-oriented approach.

  • Base salary or draw + commission (depending on experience).

Projected Total Compensation: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
